Value Added = Confusion Added

In what appears to be appears to be an attempt to welcome a new business, WANE TV's headline on their Facebook post appears to confuse more than it does enlighten. 

"For those that can legally drink".........not only does it sound odd, it's also confusing. One has to ask "do you have to be 21 to order food, even if you don't order a beer"? Or is ordering beer required to buy the tacos? 

And calling the place a "joint" is not a compliment.
